At BinteTahir, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your dresses reach you in excellent condition. Orders are processed after payment or order confirmation and are dispatched through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. BinteTahir will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact or address information.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available. Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Clear photographs or a short video of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required so that our team can review the issue. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, alteration, or normal wear will not qualify for a return or replacement.
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of use, perfume, stains, makeup, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Sale items, customized products, and products purchased during clearance promotions may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Return courier charges are normally the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was made by BinteTahir.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method and may take several working days to appear, depending on the payment provider. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged on arrival. Customers should contact BinteTahir before sending any return, as parcels returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
